oh please go read the Killing Joker POST HASTE! The point is that Joker just made the mental connection between Babs Gordon and Batgirl, realizing how much bigger her injury was, bigger than just the Commissioner's daughter. And Harley thinks he's lusting after some other woman and it destroys her.

I liked her plan, but Joker was way too passive. Try to manipulate the situations so he can be as aggressive as we know him to be, and yet she still get's her thing done. Plus the j/o was a bit uncharacteristic.
